Customer Engineer

The Customer Engineer (field engineer / IT Support) is below:

• PC / laptop fault resolution, this will include researching and resolving software issues, operating system reloads, and hardware replacement.
• Typical work will include reloading Windows o/s (Win7, 8, &10) or Microsoft office, and reconfiguration for user’s needs, replacing hard-drives, migrating user’s data, replacing motherboards, or laptop screens. 
• PC / laptop installations, upgrades, moves, this could be single PC or multiple office refreshes.
• Working to tight SLA’s, updating call logging systems, achieving exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Mobile device break/fix swap including MDM setup
• Smart hands for mobile/tablets – Apple
• Based: Midlands – North Birmingham, Telford, Strafford area)
